Areim is an independent Nordic real assets private equity firm and fund manager, connecting capital, real assets, and expertise. Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Stockholm, with offices in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, and London, Areim invests in and develops real assets across sectors including residential, logistics, office, and data centres. Today, Areim manages approximately SEK 5 billion of assets across five active funds. Through active ownership, entrepreneurial thinking, and sustainable value creation, we aim to deliver strong long-term results for our investors while creating lasting value for tenants, communities, and future generations.
